Charlotte is an anime series created in 2015 by P.A. Works (commonly known as "Another") and Aniplex. Between July and September 2015, thirteen episodes of the Yoshiyuki Asai-directed animation were shown. The story transfers you to an alternate planet where a small percentage of adolescents have superhuman abilities. Yuu Otosaka, a high school student who discovers his ability to temporarily control others, catches the eye of Nao Tomori, the student council's president.

Charlotte Characters and Cast
The full cast and characters for Queen Charlotte have been revealed by Netflix, and they include India Amarteifio (Sex Education), Corey Mylchreest (The Sandman), Michelle Fairley (Game of Thrones), and Arsema Thomas (Redeeming Love). India Amarteifio, a newcomer to the cast, will play the younger Queen Charlotte, a part that will need her to master the ways of British high society upon her arrival in England. Corey Mylchreest is another newcomer, and his part as young King George is his first starring role. Young King George is described as "handsome, charismatic, and mysterious." George is subject to the limitations imposed by his Kingship, but his marriage to young Charlotte will compel him to confront his problems. Michelle Fairley, best known for her portrayal of Lady Catelyn Stark in HBO's Game of Thrones, will play Princess Augusta.
